General Information

Payment Methods: Vidal Sassoon Alumni is committed to providing you with a safe and secure shopping experience. You can shop and make online payments with confidence. We have partnered with PayPal to offer safe and secure credit card and electronics payment facilities for our customers. Vidal Sassoon Alumni accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: PayPal, American Express, Master Card, Visa. Florida residents are subject to 7% sales tax on all items

Shipping

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed on a summary screen prior to finalizing your order. Shipping charges are based on the delivery location and method you select during the checkout process. The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice, provided that if the actual shipping charge is more than the amount shown on your invoice, we will contact you with the correct shipping costs before processing your order, and you will have an opportunity to cancel your order. Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Vidal Sassoon Alumni will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours. You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each.

International Orders outside USA

*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies particularly to Europe and UK orders.

Membership is open to professional hairdressers or representatives from an associated industry who aspire to meet Vidal Sassoon Alumni principals.

PLEASE NOTE : All items cannot be returned or exchanged. An item purchased that is not the right size, color or fit is not eligible for returns or exchanges. All purchased items are considered Final Sale.

Exchange Policy: Vidal Sassoon Alumni values your satisfaction. We will ONLY replace defective merchandise returned to our office within 15-days of the shipment date. All additional Shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser. Please print out your emailed invoice and write the style number and size that you would like to be reshipped with in exchange. We cannot provide cash or credit card refunds. All sales and pr purchase are Final. However, we will exchange your purchase for a different Size or Style or provide a Store Credit within 15-days of receipt of your order. All items purchase are final and cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.

ANY EXCHANGES (defective merchandise only) MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15-DAYS. RETURN APPAREL MUST BE UNUSED, UNSOILED AND IN PERFECT CONDITION. APPAREL WHICH HAS BEEN SOILED, MISHANDLED, ABUSED, WADDED UP, LAUNDERED OR MISSING THE TAGS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE PURCHASER. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED AND THE PURCHASER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT AND HE OR SHE WILL FORFEIT ALL CLAIMS. AUTHORIZED EXCHANGES ARE USUALLY SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HRS OF RECEIPT. IF THE ITEM YOU REQUEST IS OUT OF STOCK A VIDALSASSOON ALUMNI REPRESENTATIVE WILL CONTACT YOU TO SELECT ANOTHER STYLE /COLOR.
